Every trip is quoted on its own. The price depends on aircraft size, flight time, where the aircraft has to fly from, airport fees and any waiting time. You see one total price before you commit.
How quickly can I fly?
Often within a few hours, depending on aircraft and crew availability. More notice gives you more choice and usually a better price.
Are you an airline or an operator?
Neither. Headliner Charter is a charter broker. We work for you, compare certified operators and book the aircraft that fits your trip.
Is it safe?
We only book operators who hold a CASA Air Operator’s Certificate, or the overseas equivalent, and we check their safety record and insurance before every booking.
How many people and how much luggage can I take?
Light jets usually seat up to 7, larger jets 8 to 14. Tell us about suitcases, golf bags or instruments and we will match the aircraft to them.
Can I bring my pet?
Many operators welcome pets on board. Let us know when you ask for a quote and we will confirm it with the operator.
What is an empty leg?
When a jet flies without passengers to collect someone or return home, that flight can be sold at a lower one-way price. Ask us to watch for empty legs on your route.
How do I pay, and is my money safe?
Payment is due before departure by bank transfer or card. Client payments are held in a dedicated client account, separate from our business funds, until they are paid to your operator.
Can you arrange cars, catering and more?
Yes. Chauffeur transfers at both ends, in-flight catering to your taste, and helicopter or yacht add-ons can all go in the same booking.
What if my plans change?
Tell us as early as you can and we will rework the plan. Changes and cancellations follow the operator’s terms, which we show you before you book.
