Terms and Conditions

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you request a quote from, or book a charter through, Headliner Charter. Please read them together with the charter agreement and the operator’s terms we give you for each booking.

1. Who we are

Headliner Charter is operated by Netronlink Group Pty Ltd (ACN 687 850 139, ABN 73 687 850 139) (“Headliner Charter”, “we”, “us”). We are a charter broker. We arrange private jet, helicopter, yacht and ground transport services on your behalf. We do not own or operate aircraft or vessels.

2. Our role as your agent

When you book through us, we act as your agent in arranging the charter with an independent operator. Each flight is operated by the holder of a CASA Air Operator’s Certificate (or the equivalent New Zealand certificate), and each vessel by an operator approved under Australian maritime law. The operator is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft or vessel, and its own terms and conditions of carriage apply to your trip. We will give you the operator’s name and terms before you confirm.

3. Quotes

Quotes are based on the details you give us and on aircraft or vessel availability at the time. A quote is not a booking. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed, for example if the date, route, passenger numbers, fuel costs, airport or landing fees, or positioning requirements change. Each quote states how long it is valid for.

4. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted the charter agreement we send you and paid the amount it asks for by the due date. Unless your charter agreement says otherwise, full payment is due before departure. If payment is not received in time, the operator may release the aircraft or vessel and we cannot guarantee the booking.

5. Changes and cancellations

Tell us about any change as early as you can. Changes depend on the operator’s availability and may change the price. Cancellation charges are set by the operator and are shown in your charter agreement before you book. Where an operator cancels, we will help you find an alternative or arrange the refund the operator owes you.

6. Delays and operational decisions

Flights and voyages can be delayed, re-routed or cancelled because of weather, air traffic control, maintenance, safety or other matters outside our control. The pilot in command or vessel master has final authority on whether and how a trip proceeds. Their decisions are made for safety and are not a breach of these terms.

7. Passengers, baggage and pets

  • Every passenger must carry valid photo identification, and a valid passport and any visa needed for trans-Tasman travel.
  • Baggage must fit the weight and space limits for the aircraft or vessel. We will tell you the limits when we quote.
  • Dangerous goods and prohibited items cannot be carried. The operator may refuse carriage to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive or a safety risk.
  • Pets travel only where the operator has agreed in writing. You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour and for meeting any biosecurity or entry rules.

8. Empty legs

Empty-leg flights are offered by operators when an aircraft repositions. They are tied to the operator’s schedule and may be changed or withdrawn by the operator at short notice, even after you have booked. If this happens, we will offer you any refund the operator provides or quote an alternative flight.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will arrange your charter with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of operators or other suppliers, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where our liability for services can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
